One man and his dog

Everyone asks how we got this wonderful picture of the young man using DSM equipment and carrying a Husky on his shoulder.
Its simple, this Husky cut its paw on the ice, Husky’s are working dogs, if they can’t work and earn their keep they would only become an extra load on the sledge and that doesn’t happen.
Having got attached to the dog with no name, Clive Booth from the Arctic Research Group decided to carry the Husky on his shoulders for 7 miles across frozen ice to the groups camp.
No Clive didn’t bring the dog back to England with him, Yes the dog was looked after until it was fit enough to return to the pack.
